Saved info cannot be ported over to a new system. If they already have tons of their patients contact info and card info saved then we would try to have them keep the gateway they are using and just change the processor. If there are not too many it may be worth it for them to manually move the patient info to a new system.
One of the exceptions, since they are paying $5 for the QuickBooks plugin, the customer and card info stored in QuickBooks will remain there and the gateway connects to the QuickBooks so they don’t lose anything.
